Shipping policy

Processing & Lead Times

Most of our products are made to order. Processing times vary by product and are noted on each product page. As a general guide:

• Pop-by items and accessories: 1–2 business days
• Mugs and drinkware: 2–3 business days
• Cutting boards, trays, and home décor: 3–7 business days
• Team apparel: 3–5 business days

Lead times may be longer during peak seasons (holidays, spring closing season), and based on item quantity. We will contact you if your order will take longer than expected.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders.

Service Area

We currently ship within New Jersey. Most orders ship via USPS or UPS.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for orders in the New Jersey area. Contact us at sales@closinggiftsnj.com to arrange pickup.
