Products & Accuracy

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Because our items are handmade and customized, slight variations in color, grain, finish, and placement are normal and part of each product's character. Product photos represent past examples, mockups, or AI-generated improvements, and your finished item may differ slightly. These natural variations are not considered defects.

Personalization & Order Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate personalization details (names, spellings, towns, coordinates, design preferences) at the time of order. Please double-check all information before submitting. Closing Gifts NJ is not responsible for errors in personalization that result from incorrect information provided by the buyer.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Lead Times

Most products are made to order. Estimated lead times are listed on each product page and in our Shipping Policy. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. We will notify you of any significant delays.
